New Legislation in Tennessee
The state of Tennessee has passed legislation requiring all home inspections to be performed by licensed inspectors (effective 7/1/2006). This new law emphasizes the importance of having experienced trained professionals conduct home inspections. A copy of our license is included in each inspection.

Continuing Education. The State of Tennessee requires home inspectors to have 16 hours per year CEU’s. ASHI requires 20 hours per year CEU’s. I typically take 20 – 30 hours per year.
